Can I use this keyboard with my mac system?
Yes, the KiiBOOM Phantom 98 Lite is compatible with both Windows and Mac systems. You can toggle between the two modes by pressing Fn + A (for Windows) or Fn + S (for Mac).
Can I remap the Fn key?
Yes, you can remap the Fn key using VIA. You can access it either through the downloadable software or directly via the web tool here: https://usevia.app
What should I do if one or some keys are unresponsive, chattering, or not working?
1.Basic Checks: Try a different USB port or switch connection modes (wired/2.4G/Bluetooth) to check if it's a connection issue. 2.Clean the Switches: Unresponsive keys might be caused by dust or oxidation. Remove the keycap, spray some electronic contact cleaner into the switch, and press it repeatedly several times. 3.Replace the Switch: If cleaning doesn’t work, try swapping the switch of the problematic key with a switch from a normally functioning key. If the problem follows the switch, it means the switch is damaged and needs replacement. If the problem remains in the original position, it might be an issue with the PCB. 4.Check the Driver: Check in the driver software whether the key has been remapped or disabled.
How do I clean the keyboard？
Here's a simple guide to keep your keyboard clean and safe. 1.Unplug your keyboard. 2.Tip it upside down and gently shake out any loose crumbs or dust. 3.Use a small, dry brush to sweep between the keys. 4.Wipe the keytops with a dry, soft cloth.
How long does it take to process an order?
For in-stock products, your order is expected to be shipped within 3 working days. Customized items and pre-orders take a longer time (do check in with our staff for more information). On normal non-sale days, once your parcel is shipped:
- For Standard Shipping, it takes about 2-3 weeks for items to be delivered after it is shipped. For some countries, it might take up to 1-2 months, depending on your country and its custom procedure. The duration for transit is beyond our control. KiiBOOM does not arrange refunds for such cases. Please consider an upgrade to DHL Express or keep the waiting time in mind.
Do you Ship Internationally?
We have two shipping methods - Standard Shipping and Express Shipping. Standard Shipping is free for most countries/areas. Express Shipping via DHL Express or FedEx is 10-40USD (excluding tax) depending on your country. If your order is over 500USD, DHL Express Shipping is free*.
Do i have to pay tax/custom fees?
Customers have to bear any form of custom/import/processing fees that are applicable for your parcel.
If the custom fees and the delivery of the parcel are rejected by the recipient, the shipping cost still needs to be paid. KiiBOOM only arranges the refund of the order amount after deducting the shipping cost incurred.

OMG! This is my absolute new favorite keyboard! I’m usually into the loud, clicky mechanical ones, but this time I decided to try a silent keyboard because I’m working on a project that requires me to be in meetings, and I didn’t want the keyboard noise to be distracting. This one is SOOO quiet! I love it. It still feels great to type on without all the noise, which is exactly what I needed. Now I’m looking to buy more keycaps for it, especially the rounded ones. I just wish those came with the keyboard coz I need another one for the office.
I have several Kiiboom phantom 98s and they are all a work of art. That being said this o w didn’t impress me until I changed the keycaps. This keeb is well built and thocky right out of the box like I like them! Think of this version as a blank canvas! Design away!!

I have been using my KiiBoom keyboard for a while now and I genuinely love it. A few things stand out: The Sound - The typing sound is honestly one of my favorite things about this keyboard. Every keystroke has such a satisfying tactile “thock” to it that makes typing feel way more enjoyable than it has any right to. The print design on the keycaps is adorable. Overall, this keyboard has made my day-to-day computer use more fun. I’d happily recommend to anyone who wants a keyboard that’s both functional and full of character. Great job, KiiBoom!

It's so cute and super comfortable to type on! Couldn't have asked for more. I also had an issue with the acrylic cover I ordered alongside it which was immediately resolved, so I can really only recommend.
A very smooth clacky sounding keyboard. It is extremly cute too and I found that there are a lot of keycap sets that look really good on this base as well! I was gifted this keyboard for review and really loved its function, look, and customizable options in the software. It is quality and well worth it!

I was so excited to finally get a Kiiboom and I was not disappointed! The keyboard feels super smooth with the lovely touch of a mechanical but the silence of a library. I have never had so much fun typing on a keyboard! The RGB options are amazing, the keys are super cute and so amazing to type with!

I really love unique and cute mechanical keyboards! I prefer to buy ready to use/out of the box keebs because it’s challenging and time consuming to find the right keycaps and switches. I get impatient waiting for those items to arrive and separate shipping costs are ick. That’s why this board is literally perfect for me- it already has cute colors, keycaps, and very thocky sounding switches. The colors are so much better than I anticipated in real life. Despite the photos, the green around the board is more like a Matcha Latte than lime, and the froggy art is so cute! This new keyboard really brightens up my whole desk space. (*Side note: there are studies about how looking at the color green helps the brain and body by reducing attention fatigue and cortisol. I’m so excited to use this keyboard at work.) The Mochi switches are thocky sounding and feel easy to press without tiring out my fingers with the force. I don’t make too many typing mistakes with the keycap profile. I appreciate boards with number pads like the Phantom 98, Galaxy 100 and Ki99 Pro and I’m glad this one also has a number pad. This 98 lite size is compact on my desk and has all the features I like. Some boards with numpads are so big they take up my whole desk space and make the mouse feel awkwardly far away, but not this one. I don’t use lighted modes much since I have a monitor light bar so I don’t have a comment on the RGB, but it does seem to come with many different color options if you like your boards lit. I think you need to use the software to get some good customization, but I haven’t tried that yet. The board itself has a unique smooth + shiny quality to it as opposed to the rest of my collection that are matte, or crystal see-through. The smoothness feels good and has a cool look to it! The keycaps are freaking adorable. I thought they might be “too much” but the design is so fun and whimsical, I love looking at the design while I type. There’s one thing that does take some getting used to: the placement of the Delete key. I keep pressing “insert” because I am used to the delete key being above the backspace, but I do enjoy learning new layouts so not an issue for me as it may be for others. Overall, this board is cute, has a good feel to it, and is unique. I can tell Kiiboom put alot of attention into building it just right and I’m happy to add it to my growing Kiiboom army!
I love everything about this keyboard. The cute little frog designs, the magnetic compartment for the dongle, the soothing ASMR mochi switch click sounds, and the RGB lights. It makes work so much more fun knowing I have an aesthetically pleasing keebs. Totally worth it!
This keyboard is honestly adorable. The little frog theme is so cute and the green color is gorgeous in person. It has such a fun personality sitting on the desk and feels really well put together overall. The sound is really nice too. It has a pleasant tone while typing and makes long typing sessions really satisfying. The only downside is the switches it comes with have some pretty noticeable stem wobble. It is not a deal breaker though because swapping them out would be really easy and would honestly make this keyboard perfect. If you love cute themed keyboards and want something that looks great and sounds good while typing, this one is a really fun pick.
