Can I use this keyboard with my mac system?
Yes, the KiiBOOM Phantom 98 Lite is compatible with both Windows and Mac systems. You can toggle between the two modes by pressing Fn + A (for Windows) or Fn + S (for Mac).
Can I remap the Fn key?
Yes, you can remap the Fn key using VIA. You can access it either through the downloadable software or directly via the web tool here: https://usevia.app
What should I do if one or some keys are unresponsive, chattering, or not working?
1.Basic Checks: Try a different USB port or switch connection modes (wired/2.4G/Bluetooth) to check if it's a connection issue. 2.Clean the Switches: Unresponsive keys might be caused by dust or oxidation. Remove the keycap, spray some electronic contact cleaner into the switch, and press it repeatedly several times. 3.Replace the Switch: If cleaning doesn’t work, try swapping the switch of the problematic key with a switch from a normally functioning key. If the problem follows the switch, it means the switch is damaged and needs replacement. If the problem remains in the original position, it might be an issue with the PCB. 4.Check the Driver: Check in the driver software whether the key has been remapped or disabled.
How do I clean the keyboard？
Here's a simple guide to keep your keyboard clean and safe. 1.Unplug your keyboard. 2.Tip it upside down and gently shake out any loose crumbs or dust. 3.Use a small, dry brush to sweep between the keys. 4.Wipe the keytops with a dry, soft cloth.
How long does it take to process an order?
For in-stock products, your order is expected to be shipped within 3 working days. Customized items and pre-orders take a longer time (do check in with our staff for more information). On normal non-sale days, once your parcel is shipped:
- For Standard Shipping, it takes about 2-3 weeks for items to be delivered after it is shipped. For some countries, it might take up to 1-2 months, depending on your country and its custom procedure. The duration for transit is beyond our control. KiiBOOM does not arrange refunds for such cases. Please consider an upgrade to DHL Express or keep the waiting time in mind.
Do you Ship Internationally?
We have two shipping methods - Standard Shipping and Express Shipping. Standard Shipping is free for most countries/areas. Express Shipping via DHL Express or FedEx is 10-40USD (excluding tax) depending on your country. If your order is over 500USD, DHL Express Shipping is free*.
Do i have to pay tax/custom fees?
Customers have to bear any form of custom/import/processing fees that are applicable for your parcel.
If the custom fees and the delivery of the parcel are rejected by the recipient, the shipping cost still needs to be paid. KiiBOOM only arranges the refund of the order amount after deducting the shipping cost incurred.
