Can I use this keyboard with my mac system?
Yes, the KiiBOOM Phantom81 V4 is compatible with both Windows and Mac systems. You use the physical switch on the top of the keyboard to switch between Windows and Mac operating systems.
Can I remap the Knob?
Yes, you can customize the knob's functions—including clockwise, counter-clockwise, and press actions—via the KiiBOOM driver software.
Can I remap the Fn key?
The Fn key itself cannot be reassigned. However, you can fully customize the functions of all Fn key combinations (e.g., Fn+1, Fn+End) through the KiiBOOM Driver software.
Why I can't connect the keyboard to device via BT？
1. Check the connection mode switch, make sure the keyboard is in Bluetooth mode. 2. When connecting, press Fn+ 1!/2@/3# and make sure the indicator under each key flashes quickly. 3. Then open up the Bluetooth connectivity on your device and find the “phantom81 V4 3.0” or “phantom81 V4 5.0” and Connect. 4. If the above steps don't work, please try to delete all the connected BT input devices and then try the above steps again. There have possibilities that the device has connected to too many BT input devices as so the Wireless signal get interfered.
How do I clean the keyboard？
Here's a simple guide to keep your keyboard clean and safe. 1.Unplug your keyboard. 2.Tip it upside down and gently shake out any loose crumbs or dust. 3.Use a small, dry brush to sweep between the keys. 4.Wipe the keytops with a dry, soft cloth.
How long does it take to process an order?
For in-stock products, your order is expected to be shipped within 3 working days. Customized items and pre-orders take a longer time (do check in with our staff for more information). On normal non-sale days, once your parcel is shipped:
- For Standard Shipping, it takes about 2-3 weeks for items to be delivered after it is shipped. For some countries, it might take up to 1-2 months, depending on your country and its custom procedure. The duration for transit is beyond our control. KiiBOOM does not arrange refunds for such cases. Please consider an upgrade to DHL Express or keep the waiting time in mind.
Do you Ship Internationally?
We have two shipping methods - Standard Shipping and Express Shipping. Standard Shipping is free for most countries/areas. Express Shipping via DHL Express or FedEx is 10-40USD (excluding tax) depending on your country. If your order is over 500USD, DHL Express Shipping is free*.
Do i have to pay tax/custom fees?
Customers have to bear any form of custom/import/processing fees that are applicable for your parcel.
If the custom fees and the delivery of the parcel are rejected by the recipient, the shipping cost still needs to be paid. KiiBOOM only arranges the refund of the order amount after deducting the shipping cost incurred.
