I ordered it in December 2023 from Korea and finally received it.
1. Although there was a holiday in China. Still, the delivery takes longer than you think. However, it was good that you answered quickly if you sent me an email.
2. The keyboard is heavier than I thought. I didn't care as long as the sound and design were pretty, so please keep that in mind. It's the heaviest keyboard I've ever used.
3. Controlling the volume? The round ones come off easily. If you tilt it a little bit, it falls off. There's no problem with the operation.
4. There are only Chinese drivers. It's not English, it's in Chinese, so I don't know exactly what it does, but it's amazing that there are so many designs of lights that people customize and popular!
Conclusion: It took me a long time to ship, but I want to buy it again next time! Thank you so much for your kind reply.

My only advice is when connecting to the Bluetooth, only hit Function and EITHER 1, 2, or 3. I was hitting all 3 at once like an idiot and it wasn’t working lol be smarter than me and enjoy!

this is the second keyboard I got (one for home and one for the office) I love it and I get so many compliments. The keys sound thocky/creamy which is great ASMR. I do wish there were more customizations for the color way. I actually don't understand why they don't already have that cause the technology is out there and if any keyboard should have it - it should be this one!

The keyboard itself it gorgeous and arrived just in time for my 40th birthday. My only gripe is that there aren't very clear instructions on how to use the short keys to customize the lights. This is the most comfortable keyboard I have ever used and I've used a fair amount of mechanical and/or custom keyboards. I'm seriously considering buying a second one for work, that's how much I enjoy using it in my home office. The sound level is perfect and it's the only pre-built I haven't felt the need to lube the switches. I had originally purchased the Phantom81 and the Phantom21 numpad. However, when I contacted Kiboom as the ordered hadn't shipped, they had advised the numpad was in back-order and offered a variety of options. Also, very quick responses, I mean a 24-hour turn-around. Because my order was basically the same as having the Phantom98, Kiboom accommodated my request to simply send me the Phantom98 instead to fulfill my order and even provided a discount code for the trouble and because I think my original order was maybe $3 more. However, I was very satisfied with the professionalism and promptness my concerns were addressed. After we agreed on the change, I got the shipping notification the SAME day and received my keyboard shortly after. The keyboard packaging was really nice, nicely protecting the keyboard, the color and RBG is beautiful and the lettering is easy to read against the clear keycaps. It also came with very good quality switch /keycap pullers, very nice, very large cleaning mat (that can easily be used as a desk mat) and super cute, chrome, custom escape keycap. The angle to the rise is very comfortable. I never feel the need to adjust my wrist position. The ONLY thing I wish the keyboard had was a system key and an independent "END" key but this is more because of the work I do and I have created a habit of using those keys, it's not something I'd dock point off for and a lot of custom keyboards omit them. The keyboard does have a "HOME" and "END" key on the numpads "7" and "1" respectively, which can be used by pressing "SHIFT" and it's not uncomfortable to do so. I wholeheartedly believe this keyboard is worth is price. It is my favorite keyboard ever.

I like this keyboard. I'm using it wired because i prefer it that way the window of time for it to stay on if you're not using it is pretty short and i find that annoying so i just use it wired. I love everything about this keyboard but the stock switches are not good. I've already had to replace 2 of them and i have about 4 more that also need replaced, so i will definitely be buying different switches elsewhere and replacing all of them. I've only had the keyboard a few weeks, the switches shouldn't be dying like this.

Wanted to love this more, but as someone who types dozens of emails, the laggy keys can be very disruptive with the productivity. I type way over 60 wpm and I get frequent errors with it. I absolutely love my new keyboard. I admit I was pleasantly surprised when I unboxed it, out of the 10 layers of bubble wrap lol, to find that it is a sturdy, very solid and well made keyboard. It is heavy! I would definitely recommend it for the quality, esthetic, style and sheer fun of it. The lights are very customizable and make using it whether for fun or work, an enjoyable experience.

The look and quality of this keyboard is fantastic. It checks all of the boxes:

The only thing I'd say could be improved are the key cap legends. When you have the backlight on they're pretty hard to read. It would be nice if they'd been printed in a darker color, like a dark pink, so they'd stand out more against the backlight.
At least this is easily remedied by swapping them out.

Extremely disappointing for this price. My keyboard arrived faulty, in the beginning my spacebar had issues with chattering and now it doesn't even work at all. The volume knob came lose and some of my keyboard lights are flickering and all in all, while very aesthetically pleasing and beautiful, the keyboard doesn't work properly.
Kiiboom support is not very quick to help me with all these issues, I paid over 200$ dollars to have a keyboard that I can't use. I am terribly disappointed, I really wanted to love this keyboard.
I also went on their discord and there are a lot of people with the same issue about keys not working. I advise anyone who is considering to buy, not to do it and to search for a better alternative. There are keyboards that are much cheaper and better quality.

Honestly this keyboard is beautiful and super cool but it SUCKS for gaming. It constantly disconnects, the keys aren't bind to the right ones, my alt key is binded to my windows key for some reason and it has TERRIBLE input. If I crouch in a game its super delayed. I've tried everything for this keyboard to work, I've had it for about 6 months now and it's caused me more problems than any other keyboard I've ever had. I'm constantly in the kiiboom launcher trying to fix it. I feel like I wasted $200 on this crap, if I could return it I would. Being pretty is the only thing it has going for it

2. The keyboard is heavier than I thought. I didn't care as long as the sound and design were pretty, so please keep that in mind. It's the heaviest keyboard I've ever used.
3. Controlling the volume? The round ones come off easily. If you tilt it a little bit, it falls off. There's no problem with the operation.
4. There are only Chinese drivers. It's not English, it's in Chinese, so I don't know exactly what it does, but it's amazing that there are so many designs of lights that people customize and popular!
Conclusion: It took me a long time to ship, but I want to buy it again next time! Thank you so much for your kind reply.

My only advice is when connecting to the Bluetooth, only hit Function and EITHER 1, 2, or 3. I was hitting all 3 at once like an idiot and it wasn’t working lol be smarter than me and enjoy!

this is the second keyboard I got (one for home and one for the office) I love it and I get so many compliments. The keys sound thocky/creamy which is great ASMR. I do wish there were more customizations for the color way. I actually don't understand why they don't already have that cause the technology is out there and if any keyboard should have it - it should be this one!

The keyboard itself it gorgeous and arrived just in time for my 40th birthday. My only gripe is that there aren't very clear instructions on how to use the short keys to customize the lights. Otherwise, I love the looks, sound, and feel of it. If I ever have to consider another keyboard, I'd absolutely buy from KiiBOOM again.

This is the most comfortable keyboard I have ever used and I've used a fair amount of mechanical and/or custom keyboards. I'm seriously considering buying a second one for work, that's how much I enjoy using it in my home office. The sound level is perfect and it's the only pre-built I haven't felt the need to lube the switches. I had originally purchased the Phantom81 and the Phantom21 numpad. However, when I contacted Kiboom as the ordered hadn't shipped, they had advised the numpad was in back-order and offered a variety of options. Also, very quick responses, I mean a 24-hour turn-around. Because my order was basically the same as having the Phantom98, Kiboom accommodated my request to simply send me the Phantom98 instead to fulfill my order and even provided a discount code for the trouble and because I think my original order was maybe $3 more. However, I was very satisfied with the professionalism and promptness my concerns were addressed. After we agreed on the change, I got the shipping notification the SAME day and received my keyboard shortly after. The keyboard packaging was really nice, nicely protecting the keyboard, the color and RBG is beautiful and the lettering is easy to read against the clear keycaps. It also came with very good quality switch /keycap pullers, very nice, very large cleaning mat (that can easily be used as a desk mat) and super cute, chrome, custom escape keycap. The angle to the rise is very comfortable. I never feel the need to adjust my wrist position. The ONLY thing I wish the keyboard had was a system key and an independent "END" key but this is more because of the work I do and I have created a habit of using those keys, it's not something I'd dock point off for and a lot of custom keyboards omit them. The keyboard does have a "HOME" and "END" key on the numpads "7" and "1" respectively, which can be used by pressing "SHIFT" and it's not uncomfortable to do so. I wholeheartedly believe this keyboard is worth is price. It is my favorite keyboard ever.

I like this keyboard. I'm using it wired because i prefer it that way the window of time for it to stay on if you're not using it is pretty short and i find that annoying so i just use it wired. I love everything about this keyboard but the stock switches are not good. I've already had to replace 2 of them and i have about 4 more that also need replaced, so i will definitely be buying different switches elsewhere and replacing all of them. I've only had the keyboard a few weeks, the switches shouldn't be dying like this.

Wanted to love this more, but as someone who types dozens of emails, the laggy keys can be very disruptive with the productivity. I type way over 60 wpm and I get frequent errors with it. I absolutely love my new keyboard. I admit I was pleasantly surprised when I unboxed it, out of the 10 layers of bubble wrap lol, to find that it is a sturdy, very solid and well made keyboard. It is heavy! I would definitely recommend it for the quality, esthetic, style and sheer fun of it. The lights are very customizable and make using it whether for fun or work, an enjoyable experience.

The look and quality of this keyboard is fantastic. It checks all of the boxes:

- Transparent
- Knob
- Hot-swap capable
- Adorable.
The only thing I'd say could be improved are the key cap legends. When you have the backlight on they're pretty hard to read. It would be nice if they'd been printed in a darker color, like a dark pink, so they'd stand out more against the backlight.
At least this is easily remedied by swapping them out.

Extremely disappointing for this price. My keyboard arrived faulty, in the beginning my spacebar had issues with chattering and now it doesn't even work at all. The volume knob came lose and some of my keyboard lights are flickering and all in all, while very aesthetically pleasing and beautiful, the keyboard doesn't work properly.
Kiiboom support is not very quick to help me with all these issues, I paid over 200$ dollars to have a keyboard that I can't use. I am terribly disappointed, I really wanted to love this keyboard.
I also went on their discord and there are a lot of people with the same issue about keys not working. I advise anyone who is considering to buy, not to do it and to search for a better alternative. There are keyboards that are much cheaper and better quality.

Honestly this keyboard is beautiful and super cool but it SUCKS for gaming. It constantly disconnects, the keys aren't bind to the right ones, my alt key is binded to my windows key for some reason and it has TERRIBLE input. If I crouch in a game its super delayed. I've tried everything for this keyboard to work, I've had it for about 6 months now and it's caused me more problems than any other keyboard I've ever had. I'm constantly in the kiiboom launcher trying to fix it. I feel like I wasted $200 on this crap, if I could return it I would. Being pretty is the only thing it has going for it
