The correct way to charge the keyboard is to use the USB cable that comes with the keyboard to connect it to a computer to charge the keyboard. Do not connect it to a power source (such as a wall socket, power strip, mobile phone charger, power bank, etc.) to charge the keyboard.

I love the functionality of the Cybrix 16 and the overall build quality. However, I was a bit disappointed with the silver color. Based on the product photos, I expected it to be a much lighter silver that would blend seamlessly into my airy, white desk setup. In person, the silver appears noticeably darker than I anticipated.
One of the main reasons I purchased the Cybrix 16 was for content creation, so the aesthetic was an important factor for me. While the product itself works great and looks premium, the color wasn’t quite what I expected from the photos. I considered exchanging it, but the cost and hassle of the process ultimately made it more practical to keep it.
If you’re considering the silver version, I’d recommend keeping in mind that it may appear darker in person than it does in the promotional images.

Item arrived undamaged and packaged well. However, no matter how many times I uninstall/install the drivers for Mac directly from kiibooms website, it does not process properly.
I have downloaded kiibooms app via and my iOS says its potentially malware and moves it to trash. I instead have been trying to get the via app browser to fix my issues and upload the provided json file, also directly from kiibooms website. The json file is either improperly coded or something is hiccuping with Mac.
I have followed all the guides to get my cybrix to work, all it can do is light up and change the dial color. I did contact support for help but they just sent me everything I already did which is routine but nothing helped, not even trying to fix the json file with chatgpt by a reddit troubleshoot.
Not sure what's going on. Hope this helps others having the same issue.
I bought this because I don’t have a keyboard with a classic numb pad and learning Blender is easier with shortcuts on a numb pad. I believe this has five or six different levels to it so I can customize it extensively. Played around with it a little, but I love the switches. I switched out the keycaps with some that I had and made them fun and personalize. 10/10 recommend.
I truly love the form factor, I've put a few macro on it or shortcut. Works well in games too as extra buttons. Build quality is very good and the typing sound is nice.
I only wish you could customise the backlight a bit more and sync it with the selected layer. I haven't found the option on VIA so I guess you can only select one customisation.
It does not connect via bluetooth. I dont know anyone in the world who would want to hard wire this to their computer for every use, its inconvenient and old technology
A very solid piece of hardware. I would've loved to see the manual going more in-depth on Via/QMS. The first tutorials I found were from Keychron. More Switch and Keycap options and maybe a detachable USB cable, carrying case would make for great add-ons.

I really like the build quality and the feel of the keys, they're really fun to press. The keyboard is easy to program with the VIA software. Though it would be nice if there was a setup guide for VIA in the manual for the people that are new to this kind of product. I had to look up a YouTube tutorial to set it up.
Very useful and has premium quality unlike those other cheap ones you buy in online shops. It's hot-swappable too and has nice sound and feels to it. Even has RGB. 10/10 would recommend!

Do you ship internationally?
We have two shipping methods - Standard Shipping and Express Shipping.
Standard Shipping is free for most countries/areas.
Express Shipping via DHL Express or FedEx is 10-40USD (excluding tax) depending on your country. If your order is over 500USD, DHL Express Shipping is free*.
*The KiiBOOM keyboards are not eligible for free shipping.
Shipping fees exclude import taxes or processing fees that may be applicable for your country. KiiBOOM is not responsible for such fees. Should you refuse to pay the tax/customs fees, shipping fees will still be deducted from the amount paid for the two-way freight charges. The cost of the freight charges may be more than the amount reflected on your order due to tax and other miscellaneous fees.
Standard Shipping via YunExpress is a tax-inclusive option for some countries. However, KiiBOOM will not be responsible for additional administrative or handling fees charged by your local courier company or customs. Please kindly check this with your local customs.
For certain remote areas, there may be additional charges via Express Shipping. We will contact you if there is a need to make additional payments. Should you have any other queries regarding shipments, please contact us before placing an order.
Who does pay for the import tax/custom fees?
Customers have to bear any form of custom/import/processing fees that are applicable for your parcel.
If the custom fees and the delivery of the parcel are rejected by the recipient, the shipping cost still needs to be paid. KiiBOOM only arranges the refund of the order amount after deducting the shipping cost incurred.
What is your return policy?
On the ground of disliking a product, you may return any non-customized and non-sales product that is sealed, within the 15 days upon receiving it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It also must be in the original packaging. Customized and sales products, accessories, or spare parts are excluded from the 15-day return policy. The shipping fee, handling fees, or any form of tax caused by return will NOT be refunded.
For items that are damaged, incorrect, or faulty upon delivery, you must contact support@KiiBOOM.com within 30 days upon delivery. You need to provide any solid proof of the problem you come across.
Whats your Warranty Policy?
KiiBOOM offers warranty for sitewide orders*: 1-year warranty for keyboards, DIY kits, keycap sets and cases (e.g. the case-only products sold separately), and a 3-month warranty for batteries. For items that are purchased from the AliExpress store, Amazon stores, crowd-funding campaigns, local dealers and etc., the warranty policy adheres to the policy of the sales platform. Accessories such as keycap pullers, switch pullers, free spare keycaps, cables etc., are excluded from the warranty. KiiBOOM warranty covers any factory defects that might affect the proper functionality of your purchase. To claim for a warranty or confirm whether your product is eligible for return/warranty, please kindly contact us via support@KiiBOOM.com.
*Sitewide orders: Only orders with an amount are covered by warranty and $0 orders are not warranted.
How do I cancel order?
Cancellation or/and modification of orders can only be done manually via our staff, provided that our Warehouse Team has not processed your order.
As our Support Team may not be available during non-working days and weekends, please place your order wisely as support cannot be guaranteed for such requests.
