If you find the same product at a lower price — online, in-store, or in print — before you buy or within 7 days of your purchase, just let us know and we’ll match it.
If the price drops on our own website within 7 days of your purchase, simply provide your order number or receipt and we’ll refund you the difference.
2. What Qualifies for a Price Match
To be eligible, the product must:
- Be identical in brand, model number, and specifications
- Be priced in USD, including shipping fees, environmental fees, and any additional charges
- Be in stock and available for immediate purchase from an authorized retailer
- Not be part of limited-time offers, pre-orders, or low-stock flash sales
- Not reflect pricing errors or special discounts such as:
- Pre-orders
- Educational or restricted pricing
- Mail-in rebates, coupons, or bundle offers
- OEM pricing, refurbished, demo, open-box, clearance, or liquidation sales
- Financing incentives
