Any current document that shows your name and your school, plus a date or term that proves it's active. That includes a student, faculty, or staff ID card, an enrollment or tuition record, a class schedule, a payslip, or an employment letter on school letterhead. A photo taken with your phone is fine — just make sure the name and dates are readable. Please block out any ID numbers or other sensitive details before uploading.

Currently enrolled students (high school, college, university, or vocational) and active school staff — including administrators, teaching faculty, and academic personnel — qualify worldwide. Teaching assistants and graduate researchers count as staff. Recent graduates, incoming students who haven't enrolled yet, parents buying on a student's behalf, and school alumni don't qualify for this program.

We review every submission manually. Codes will be emailed on August 16, the opening day of the event, rather than immediately upon submission. If we need to verify any details with you, we will reach out via email before that date.

Please use an email address that is currently subscribed to KiiBOOM newsletter and add us to your contacts. As codes are distributed through our marketing system, unsubscribed addresses cannot receive them.

The code works storewide at kiiboom.com from August 16 through August 26. One code per person, for personal use only. It can't be combined with other discount codes, and it can't be applied to an order placed before or after the event window — so plan your order inside those dates.

Exclusions: the 10% education discount code is not applicable to selected new arrivals launched in August 2026. Additional terms and exclusions may apply.

Two things usually explain it. Either your verification didn't pass review — often because the document was unreadable or didn't show a current date — or your email address isn't subscribed to our marketing emails, which is how the code is delivered.
