The KiiBOOM Phantom 81 is a 75% layout mechanical keyboard packed with powerful functions in a gasket-mounted design. Featuring 81 keys for a fully functional but nonetheless compact and portable design, the Phantom 81 is the one step solution for an efficient and stylish workflow. Your typing experience should be responsive and peaceful. This is why the Phantom 81 is constructed using additional poron foam layers, strengthening and acoustically enhancing the gasket-mounted structural design. With the unique crystal clear acrylic design, you can experience the complete immersion into your typing experience.

75% Hot-swappable Mechanical Keyboard

The 75% keyboard layout is the perfect balance between functionality and portability. To reduce the size of the keyboard, we have removed all of the unnecessary keys you never use, while maintaining the essential keys you use everyday for work and gaming. This creates an incredibly compact keyboard that fits perfectly in your backpack, on the desk, and even on your lap for on-the-go typing.

Furthermore, with hot-swappable switches, you can simply pop out the mechanical switches and replace them with those of your choosing, making for the ultimate customizable build. Mechanical switches define the clicking feel and sound of your keyboard. With hot-swappable switches, you can simply change how your typing feels and sounds all without having to buy another keyboard.

Customized Crystal Mechanical Switches

As the name implies, the Phantom 81 was designed to be a completely transparent mechanical keyboard unlike any other out there in the market. For this reason, we have designed our own proprietary see-through switches for the Phantom 81. The Phantom 81 comes standard with the KiiBOOM pre-lubed Crystal Switches, which are strong, smooth, and completely see-through. These Crystal Switches feature the same durability and technical specifications as any other mechanical switches available from other major manufacturers, but with our own stylistic flair. The KiiBOOM Crystal Switches are linear-style switches, which have significantly less “clickety-clack” noise than other tactile switches, making it suitable for office and study settings. Furthermore, the linear switch is the preferred mechanical switch for gamers who need the speed and accuracy without any hindrance in their typing.

Customized Crystal Keycaps

To achieve the fully transparent, we have also designed unique crystal clear keycaps for the Phantom 81. Matching with the entire theme, the Crystal Keycaps allows you to see through the entirety of your keyboard. Furthermore, these Crystal Keycaps perfectly illuminate the RGB lighting effects, creating a fully customizable typing atmosphere unlike any other.

Bluetooth 5.0 & 2.4GHz &Type-C Cable

The KiiBOOM Phantom 81 features three modes of connectivity - Bluetooth 5.0, 2.4Ghz USB dongle, and USB Type-C. You can connect the Phantom 81 with up to three devices and seamless transition between devices with a simple click. The Phantom 81 is compatible with any PC, tablet, and smartphone that has bluetooth, USB, or Type-C port. It’s the ultimate efficient workflow between multiple devices, regardless of what the device may be.

South-facing RGB LEDS

The KiiBOOM Phantom 81 is designed with south-facing RGB LED lights. This means that the LED’s point towards you, so you can experience the RGB effects. Now with our KiiBOOM Crystal Switches and Crystal Keycaps, you can fully illuminate your whole keyboard and desk! With more than 19 RGB lighting presets and further in-software customizability, you can make a lighting environment fit for any setup.

The KiiBOOM Phantom 81 comes with both Mac and Windows softwares for full customizability of RGB effects, custom key programming, and macro function mapping.
